How it Works

  • Book a site inspection of Horizons and we’ll share with you how we operate venues in the space, and answer all of your questions.

  • Pay the venue hire and wedding deposit, sign the booking contract and your wedding date is fully secured at your dream wedding venue.

  • We’ll spend an hour discussing logistics, vendor recommendations and styling ideas to inspire you and guide you through your budget and planning timeline.

  • You’ll attend our Annual Tasting Night where you will understand the look and feel of everything Top Cat have to offer. This is complimentary for the Bride & Groom.

  • We’ll finalise your food and beverage menu selection, discuss minor logistics details and summarise the final steps you need to confirm so we can run your wedding day and you can relax and enjoy!

  • We will reconfirm all of the wedding day details so you feel you everything is covered.

  • We will guide your bump-in team, brief your MC, and meet your chosen vendors. All of your planning will be coordinated by our Functions Manager & Ceremony Coordinator so you know everything you’ve planned on is being seamlessly communicated to every person you’ve trusted to bring your wedding planning to life.
