Sydney Beach Weddings is a family-owned wedding and event company, proudly coordinating more than 200 weddings annually across Australia and internationally. From the moment you begin planning, you will be supported by a dedicated wedding planner based in Sydney, providing expert guidance throughout every stage of your journey.
Upon your arrival at Uma Wana Prasta, your planner will personally welcome you to the villa and seamlessly transition your care to the on-site guest services team.

Throughout your stay, your wedding planner and venue manager work closely together to ensure every detail is flawlessly managed, delivering a relaxed, personalised, and unforgettable wedding experience.
Your personal wedding planner will manage all bump in, set up and coordination of all suppliers, guest check in for a personalised luxurious experience. Skilled in both English and Indonesian, we have an event team that will organise all of the on the day order of events and attend to all of the guests on on your special day.
Your personal wedding planner will liaise with all bridal party members, organise arrival of your guests to the holding area for ceremony and canape zone. Your planner will coordinate the kitchen staff and beverage staff for arrival drinks and usher all guests to the designated areas throughout the property.

STANDARD SERVICES

We will facilitate a private venue viewing of the estate, with a private transfer within 1 hour travel from the villa.
We begin by confirming your desired travel dates to ensure exclusive access to our private luxury Bali villa estate.
Your dedicated Sydney-based wedding planner will guide you through every stage of the planning process via phone, email, and online consultations, ensuring a seamless experience from booking and budget planning through to your arrival in Bali.
The next step is your food and beverage consultation, where our culinary team will curate a bespoke menu tailored to your tastes, cultural traditions, and preferred dining style, while thoughtfully incorporating contemporary trends and signature touches.
We’ll finalise your food and beverage menu selection, discuss minor logistics details and summarise the final steps you need to confirm so we can run your wedding day and you can relax and enjoy!
Prior to your arrival, every aspect of your wedding will be thoroughly confirmed, allowing you to arrive in Bali knowing your celebration has been thoughtfully planned and flawlessly prepared. Our team will also be on-site ahead of your arrival to ensure all suppliers are fully briefed, logistics are coordinated, and every delivery and setup is perfectly timed for a seamless wedding experience.
From the first preparations through to the final celebration, our team will personally manage every element of your wedding day. We coordinate all vendors, including catering, entertainment, photography, videography, hair and makeup, while meticulously overseeing the finer details, from the ceremony essentials to the finishing touches, so every moment is effortless, elegant, and perfectly executed.

We invite you to embrace a traditional Indonesian banquet-style wedding, where each moment of the celebration is thoughtfully experienced across the villa. From arrival canapés and cocktails at the croquet lawns, to relaxed lounge settings by the lower pool, guests then move to the bale for a symbolic ceremony.
